Maze
I have over 5 years of experience as a music and podcast facilitator, working with young people aged 13-19. In addition to leading sessions, I have also served as a mentor, guiding young individuals as they navigate their way into the music industry. Drawing from over a decade of expertise as a composer and songwriter, I share my journey and insights to support and inspire young people in their own creative pursuits.

I am also an experienced film, video production specialist, podcast producer and artist development tutor and I enjoy hosting live performance events.

Peer mentor, I attended a work experience program with CES during the pandemic and have since joined the team, my specialist skills : video editing , videographer, and social media support.

Sandra Richard
Guidance & Family Support Officer
A hardworking, committed, and passionate mother of 3. I have over 3 decades working with the young, old, and vulnerable from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I had been working freelance within my community, providing guidance and support to families who are having difficulties with their children in and out of the home and school before pursuing a nursing career.
I then went on to work in the education system, working with young people who have special educational needs and then went on to working with young people in the care system who were fleeing from war-torn countries, whilst also working with the youth offending services.
Kevin Mason
Senior Intervention & Response
A highly effective, passionate and motivational professional with over 20 years’ experience working with vulnerable young people and adults of all ages in a range of community, home and outreach settings. Currently Case Worker on a leading new London pilot project, previous roles include Social Work Assistant, Gangs Practitioner and Youth Worker – proving adept in transforming people’s lives and enabling them to engage positively with their community and progress into education, training and employment.
Sterling
I specialise in Music facilitation from production form engineering to software programming. In addition I have DJ experience using Vinyl, CDJ or controllers. I have Podcasting and video graphics software editing skills capturing most industry standard levels. I have over 20 years working with young people from as young as primary to college level. I am a qualified PGCSE teacher supplement all the skills have gained along the way.
