Creative Engagement Services CIC truly reflects Waltham Forest’s vibrant mix of cultures. Our Founder, Wayne George born and raised in Leyton is pleased to announce Waltham Forest’s Black Music Legacy Awards. To launch this initiative, we will host a dynamic series for activities and events which celebrate Black History. This initiative will celebrate our diverse community and also honor Leyton born music pioneer Lennie De Ice and his legacy by supporting emerging Black electronic music producers and creatives in Waltham Forest. Partnering with Rendezvous Projects, Wayne, also known as DJDlux recalls the support he received from his friend Lennie De Ice, in the early 90s as a producer and has a passionate belief in continuing to develop up and coming artists, whilst honoring local black music legacy. Lennie De Ice, a British musician credited with pioneering jungle music with his 1991 track, “We Are I.E.” sadly passed away in December 2024.

Creative Engagement Services CIC is also one of the boroughs Space4All Youth Hub Providers, operating several free weekly activity sessions aimed at 11 – 25’s including mentoring, multisports, podcast-making, crafts, cooking, gaming, and music and video production.
